WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders are shipped with Canada Post and will be mailed within 3-5 business days of their placement.
Shipping within Manitoba - expect delivery within 2-3 business days.
Shipping within Canada - expect delivery within 4-7 business days.
Shipping to United States - expect delivery within 6 - 10 business days.
Shipping to other International Destinations - expect delivery within 10 - 14 business days.

Big Mind Books is not liable for damaged or lost products during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
